What an appointment looks like.
Consultation first. Every new client starts with one, and it is a call or a text to Alexis rather than a booking.
Bring photos. Tell her what you have tried, what you hated, and how much time you actually spend on your hair each morning.
You leave knowing the upkeep. Products, timing, and when to come back, with no guessing and no upsell you did not ask about.
